Feral Fixers brought 34 more cats today to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic to be fixed. 29 of these cats were ferals while the other five were 'friendly ferals'.
Super-volunteer Charli helped me pick up the cats this morning from Tammy's and bring them to PAWS (Thanks Charli!) while super-volunteer Sue again loaned us the use of her van so that I could bring all the cats back from PAWS in one load (Thanks Sue!). And, as always, super-volunteer Judy was there both in the morning and the evening to help with all the 101 tasks necessary to make this work (Thanks Judy!).
Two of the cats turned out to already fixed (one spayed, one neutered) so we started off November by fixing 32 cats. With these 32 cats, Feral Fixers has now fixed 951 cats for the year (1,000 is coming up fast!) and 4,456 overall.
