This past Sunday, we processed four more cats at the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic. All four of them were ferals. We had also brought a fifth cat, a 'friendly feral', to be fixed during that trip but the check-in vet determined that the cat had too high of a fever to risk surgery. PAWS gave it a shot of Convenia (a long-lasting antibiotic) and, hopefully, we'll be able to bring this cat back soon - Thanks PAWS!
Super-volunteer Jennifer picked up the cats from Tammy's and brought them to PAWS (Thanks Jennifer!) while I picked them up from PAWS and brought them back to Tammy's for recovery.
With these 4 cats, Feral Fixers has now processed 69 cats for April, 208 for the year and 2,689 overall.
