We processed four more cats today at the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic. Three of the were ferals while just one was a friendly-feral.
I say that three of them were ferals, but perhaps only one was. The other two were semi-friendly torties that super-volunteer Judy said she could pet somewhat. So, we had them tested for FiV/FeLV in hopes they would be negative and could perhaps be socialized more and adopted. Happily they turned out to be negative for both tests. They both still received eartips as we can't be sure which way they'll go.
I picked up the cats from Judy's this morning and brought them to PAWS and then picked them up from PAWS in the evening and brought them back to Tammy's for recovery and 'redistribution'.
With these four cats, Feral Fixers has now processed 10 cats for the month of February, 23 this year and 2,504 overall.
