Over the past two days, Feral Fixers has brought in twenty-one more cats to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic to be TNR'd.
On Wednesday, super-volunteer Mary brought in ten cats (Thanks Mary!) while super-volunteer Danielle picked them up and brought them back (Thanks Danielle!). One litter of four (two males and two females) came from Hanover Park and one litter of six (all males!) came from Bartlett. Three of the cats were black, one was black and white, three were orange, 1 was a grey tabbie and the other two were torties. Hopefully all these males will lighten the load at PAWS a bit!
And today, Thursday, eleven more cats were brought to PAWS. Again, the super-dooper volunteer combo of Mary and Danielle teamed up to bring the cats to PAWS and pick them up and bring them back (Thanks Mary! Thanks Danielle!).
Whoops! On Thursday, it was super volunteer Judy bringing in the cats and super-volunteers Julie and Connie bringing them back. Thanks Judy! Thanks Julie! Thanks Connie!
All of these cats were kittens - as we have posted previously, truly we are in a "Kitten Storm"!
With these twenty-one cats, Feral Fixers has TNR'd 31 cats for the month of August, 498 for the year and 1,977 overall.
