Feral Fixers processed 10 more cats today at the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic. Three of these cats were feral while seven were 'friendly ferals'. Of these seven, six of them were kittens (most too young to get their rabies shots).
It was a normal 'kitten' trip, loud, noisy, 'meowy' and, in general, a cacophony of sound. But hey, six more is six more, right?
These 10 cats were done largely due to the efforts of super-volunteer Judy. She has stepped up to fill Tammy's shoes while Tammy recovers from shoulder surgery. When I dropped the cats off at her house tonight, she told me that they 'serenaded' her, too, on the drive in...
With these 10 cats, Feral Fixers has now TNR'd 14 cats for the month of June, 349 for the year and 1,828 overall.
Thanks Judy!
