I have been remiss in posting updates to our blog lately, and for that I apologize. I've been engaged in that fun, all American pastime - doing taxes - plus working on a couple of other projects. But enough excuses...
Feral Fixers has now had 55 cats neutered so far in the month of April. A few were done at Glen Ellyn Animal Hospital and, on the 11th of this month, we participated in a PACT Humane Society Spay Day at the Chicago Anti-Cruelty Society. The rest of the trips were to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic.
I, myself, did only two of the transport-trips so far this month. The rest have been handled by Tammy and volunteers Jennifer, Julie, Connie and Mary. Thanks everyone! I'll say it again - we couldn't do what we do without you!!!
In addition to the 55 done so far this month, I found that I had under-counted the number of cats we did in February by 9. Adding that all into our stat sheet, I can report that we have now 'processed' 55 cats for the month of April, 232 for the year and 1,711 overall since our inception.
