Feral Fixers took another trip to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic on Monday. Feral Fixers president Tammy gives us the details:
Charli transported in the AM and Dedra picked up in the PM
18 ferals - six males and twelve females
All the surgeries were uncomplicated! In this bunch were 8 members of a new colony in Villa Park, the last two females of a colony in Westmont, hopefully the last cat of a colony in Naperville and so on. The cats came from six different towns: Glendale Heights, Naperville, Addison, Oak Brook, Westmont, and Villa Park. This was a special Feral day at PAWS and they did around 80 ferals in one day!
This brings us to 59 for the month, 1,179 for the year and 7,166 since we began.
Just two more feral trips this year! The cold is bearing down on us!
Yes, indeedy, it certainly is getting cold. Thanks to super-volunteers Charli and Dedra for doing the transport.
