Feral Fixers brought 20 more cats to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic today to be fixed. 16 of these cats were ferals while the other 4 were 'friendly ferals'.
I did transport both ways today, picking up the cats from Tammy's this morning and bringing them to PAWS and then picking them up from PAWS this afternoon and bringing them back to Tammy's for recovery and distribution. As usual, super-volunteer Judy was at Tammy's this morning and this afternoon to help out with the myriad chores needing to be done (Thanks Judy!).
One of the friendly ferals turns out to have already been spayed, so we wound up having a total of 19 cats done on this trip. 12 of them were males with the remaining 7 being females.
With these first 19 cats of May, Feral Fixers has now processed 267 cats for the year and 6,243 overall.
