Today, Feral Fixers brought in 39 more cats to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic to be fixed. 13 of these cats were ferals while the other 26 were 'friendly ferals'.

Super-volunteer Charli helped me pick up the cats from Tammy's this morning and bring them to PAWS (Thanks Charli!) while super-volunteer Dedra helped me pick up the cats from PAWS this evening and bring them back to Tammy's for recovery and distribution (Thanks Dedra!). And, per usual, super-volunteer Judy was at Tammy's both this morning and this evening, helping load/unload vehicles, get cats ready, give advice to their caretakers, feed the cats and change the paper in the cage and a whole host of other jobs that she always does for Feral Fixers (Thanks Judy!).

One of the Friendly Ferals was deemed to ill to have surgery and one of the ferals was discovered to have been already spayed (but not ear-chipped). So, Feral Fixers wound up having 37 cats done this trip.

This brings us to a November total of 88, a yearly total of 1,176 (getting very close to last year's record) and a overall total of 5,909.
