Yesterday, Feral Fixers had five more feral cats spayed/neutered at the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic. This is the first 'run' we've done this year that has been only feral cats, no 'friendly ferals' in the mix.

Super-volunteer Judy drove them into PAWS (thanks Judy!) while I picked them up and brought them back to Tammy's.

Things are starting to ramp up. We've got another trip scheduled for next Tuesday and possibly another one for next Thursday - and then the Sunday after that.

Some/most of the cats we get are of the 'common' variety - beautiful of course (all cats are beautiful) but not especially striking. We had one yesterday which was - a very large, very striking, mostly gray cat with the biggest and widest eyes I've ever seen. He truly was magnificent.

With these five cats, we've now done 32 so far in the month of February, 50 this year and 1,529 overall.
