Thank you to everyone who donated to our Giving Tuesday Black Cat Fundraiser so far! We're a third of the way to our goal of $2,500. Our fundraiser will end on 12/31/18 - help us support Blackie and the other cats and kittens in our care!

We don't usually send cats on Wednesdays but on 11/28 we sent 3 friendly females for spay to Adopt - visit Pearlie, Penelope and Persia at our upcoming Adoption Event on Saturday! In addition, we sent 5 friendlies and one feral (who had been on hand, recovering from sniffles) into ADOPT on Thursday, 11/29. There were 3 males and 3 females in this group and we are very grateful to ADOPT for repairing an umbilical hernia on one of the females. This brings us to 56 cats for November, 627 for the year and 10,944 since 2007!

We plan at least one more trip for friendlies yet in December, still have many kittens who are just getting old enough for spay/neuter.

It is good that we stopped TNR of ferals a little early with the earlier than usual cold and snow! Try to get some pictures of your ferals in the snow with their eartips clearly showing for our yearly Holiday Card contest. If you're on our current mailing list, expect this year's card in your mailbox very soon - it is beautiful!"
