Yesterday, Feral Fixers brought in 13 more cats to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic to be fixed. 11 of these cats were feral (special situation - living in a barn) while two of them were 'friendly ferals'.
Super-volunteer Charli picked up the cats in the morning from Tammy's and brought them to PAWS (Thanks Charli!) while I picked them up from PAWS in the afternoon and brought them back to Tammy's for recovery and distribution. And, as always, super-volunteer Judy was at Tammy's to help out with all of the tasks necessary to make all of this go...
One of the two friendlies brought in today was deemed to be too ill to have surgery, so 'only' 12 cats were done today. This first 12 cats of March brings us up to 51 cat for the year and 6,027 overall.
