Feral Fixers brought in 19 more cats to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic to be fixed today. 13 of these cats were ferals while the remaining 6 were 'friendly ferals'.

Super-volunteer Charli picked up the cats from Tammy's this morning and brought them to PAWS (Thanks Charli!) while I picked them up from PAWS in the afternoon and brought them back to Tammy's for recovery and distribution. And super-volunteer Judy was at Tammy's this morning and this afternoon helping out with all of the chores which need doing to make this all happen (Thanks Judy!).

All of the cats received surgery today; none had been previously spayed/neutered or were too ill for surgery, so it was a "19 out of 19" day today. And, reversing a very recent trend where most of the cats we had been bringing in for surgery were males, in today's lot, there were 12 females and 7 males.

With these 19 cats, Feral Fixers has now processed 71 cats for June, 439 for the year and 6,415 overall.
