Feral Fixers brought a final three cats to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic to be fixed this past Sunday. Tammy tells the tale:

Kurt took 3 ferals to PAWS today. The only reason we did them is they are going into a basement for recovery and possible taming until the weather breaks. They are vocal so they have a bit more than a 50-50 chance of becoming friendly. This colony had a total of nine and now there are 2 fewer females and one male that could gift us with kittens in the Spring at this location. Of course the caretaker will be back at it as soon as the weather is warm enough overnight but in Chicago - who knows? Dedra was kind enough to do pickup from PAWS so that Kurt could go to a Bears game party in the afternoon. Hoping that PAWS met their year-end goals for surgeries and that everyone has a great New Years!

Thanks Kurt! Thanks Dedra!

With these final three cats, Feral Fixers processed 30 cats in December, 1,239 for 2013 (a new record!) and 5.972 overall.
