As incredible as it sounds, the United States Fish & Wildlife Service is now actively targeting TNR and is holding a workshop in November to show attendees how to implement strategies against TNR in their communities.

Talk about a misguided use of our tax dollars! In a way, it's a backward 'complement' to the success of TNR if they feel that they have to actively fight against it.
