This past Thursday, we TNR'd another 30 cats at the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic. That's a boatload (or at least a vanload) of cats! 26 of them were ferals while the other 4 were 'friendly ferals'.

I picked them up from Tammy's on Thursday morning, drove them down to PAWS and checked them in. I was busy in the afternoon so super-volunteers Rita, Judy and Judy (yes, two Judys!) picked them up from PAWS and drove them back to Tammy's for recovery and return. Thanks Rita! Thanks Judy! Thanks Judy!

And, we once again had to borrow super-volunteer Sue's van to bring the cats down - thanks Sue!

There were actually 31 cats in the lot, but one of them had already been spayed, so our count increased by 'only' 30. With these 30 cats, we've now TNR'd 147 cats this month - a new record for Feral Fixers! We've now also TNR'd 818 cats this year (only 50 behind last year's total amount) and 2,297 overall.
